Question: is God/Jesus/the Holy Spirit, as a non-American citizen and as far as we know unable to consent legal representation, able to be represented in civil matters in the courts? If this goes to trial as a pro-bono case , does God/Jesus/the Holy Spirit need to take the stand to testify to the grounds of why homosexuality is a sin, and how sins should have legal standing in our criminal justice system ?

And can non-American homosexuals get in on some of this if a countersuit for damages comes into fruition?

The whole thing about God, et al, is one’s personal relationship with that E ntity, should they exist. And then that Great Interview in the Sky afterward. None of that’s anybody’s damn business, until the person interprets their relationship as one that makes them some kind of enforcer and then, do they have so little confidence in their “god” that He or She wouldn’t be omnipotent enough to do their own enforcing? I mean, is that really such a difficult thing to sort?
